Üle kümne aasta olen tegelenud hobiga mis algus aastatel tundus minu vanust arvestades üsnagi imelik. Oma venna eeskujul hakkasin koguma õllekorke. Läbi aja on kogunenud ka mõni tava korkidest erinev kork. Kahjuks ei ole väga vanu korke, sest kogusse pole eraldi neti poodidest korke ostma hakanud. Minu kogu kõige erilisemaks küljeks pean ma enda panust korkide kogumisse. Kokku on hetkeks kogunenud 724 erinevat õllekorki, millest ise ma olen ilmselt õlle kujul ostnud 30 ringis, mis on ikka väga vähe. Peamiselt olen ma saanud korgid vendadelt, leides või sõpradelt.
Viimasel ajal olid korgid üsnagi segamini ja erinevates karpides ja kastides. Jõulude ajal avanes lõpuks piisavalt vaba aega, et kõik saaks sorteeritud ja tuvastatud. Abiks oli mulle vend (kes peamiselt otsis) kellega koos otsisime erinevatelt interneti lehtedelt õllede tootjat ja tootmismaad. Aega võttis see umbes kolm päeva ja tuvastamata jäi ainult 2 korki. (Piltide pealt on puudu 3 korki mis sain peale korkide sorteerimist ja pildistamist). Peamiseks puuduseks oli kommikarpide olemasolu. umbes 200 korki jäi hetkel karpidesse panemata, sest polnud kuhu panna. Hetke kogu on täielikult olemas all olevatel piltidel.
